International Investment Bank B.S.C. (c) (”IIB”) was incorporated in Bahrain in October 2003 as an Islamic investment bank, with an authorized capital of US$ 200 million. The Bank’s shareholders are high net worth individuals, business houses and institutions from the GCC states.

The core business activities of the Bank include investing on its own account and investment, underwriting and placement in real estate and private equity in conformity with Islamic Shari’ah. It aims to offer its clients an internationally diversified range of investments generated through its network of strategic partnerships.  

Major founders of International Investment Bank include Al Fahim Group (one of the oldest and largest groups of Middle East ( ) based in Abu Dhabi, U.A.E. and Bugshan Group ( based in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Chairman of IIB is H.E. Saeed Abdul Jalil Al Fahim and its Vice Chairman is Ahmed Salem Bugshan.
